London Office Manager Job – Join our Diverse Team

Our multilingual London office is based in a prestigious digital hub and the office manager will be based here to help with tasks group-wide. Our international team includes c30 staff in our Liverpool Street office, and a further c10 in our wider overseas offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
We’re looking for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to help us with the following:
- Office Management – Day-to-day running of the London office, liaising with building management and supporting overseas and remote workers
- Onboarding Team Members – Setting up new starters, inductions, off boarding and general maintenance of staff files
- IT Management – Setting up new laptops, desktops and mobile phone apps for new starters, communication with IT & telephone providers
- Systems Training – Voyager Infinity CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Customer Service – Operating as the first point of contact
- Events – Conducting office tours for visitors, coordinating meetings and organising staff corporate social events
- Reporting – Producing regular KPI reports
- Property Management – Liaise with external suppliers on behalf of tenants
- HR Management and Health & Safety Management
- Contract Administration – Review and raise contract and compliance documentation in line with company policy and local legislation for new placements & extensions across all international offices
- Data Management – Confidential handling of financial and sensitive data, data protection management in line with GDPR guidelines
- Candidate Management – Onboarding and welcoming contractors to the company, explaining contract and accounting processes and supporting contractors with queries
- Compliance – Contractor background verification screening, checking visa and right to work requirements
- Employee Engagement – Running company employee incentives, recording performance and sharing updates
- Project Support – Getting involved and taking charge of new projects e.g. ISO certifications and overseas equivalents.
We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
- Positive, can-do attitude with self-motivation and initiative
- High level of organisation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Resilience, tenacity and good time management skills
- Proven experience of working collaboratively with a sales team
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with Excel expertise
- Ability to proactively identify issues/errors and provide solutions.
