As an experienced Head of People, you will:
- Be an experienced coach or trainer who loves to be 1:1 desk-side with recruiters and managers (not just stuck in the classroom!)
- Have experience in contract recruitment and enjoy sharing your knowledge to support the careers of others
- Delight in seeing new staff and managers develop and grow to become future stars.
Your opportunities at Templeton will involve:
- Building our L&D function from scratch with the support of two Directors
- Involvement in all hiring decisions so that you can increase the chances of your coaching/training leading to successful team members
- Leading quarterly academies in our beautiful offices so that we can develop great talent as we double in size

Associate Director for the UK / Nordics
As an experienced Associate Director, you will:
- Be a hands-on recruitment leader looking to share your experience and develop a young team who are keen to grow
- Drive and coach “best practice” Account Management practice
- Expect and demonstrate excellence and focus across the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Enjoy Business Development and driving Account growth strategies
- Thrive working in a vibrant modern office in the City of London
- Speak fluent English and potentially have a second language in the Nordic region
- Have experience leading a team in the UK and/or Nordic contract IT market (or believe that this is the perfect next step for your career).
Associate Director for Germany
As an experienced Associate Director, you will:
