We also reference every candidate before placement and supply the number one candidate chosen by you wherever possible for a trial day free of charge. It was due to our status as niche market specialists that we were invited to tender for the IBM Netherlands, Germany and Greece Preferred Supplier Lists. In the case of IBM Netherlands, we were able to supply key Oracle personnel to the Ricoh Project that their PSL had been unable to find - see the testimonial. In the case of IBM Germany, we were able to supply a large number of high-level Siebel consultants that their PSL had found elusive. We work with clients and contractors from a wide variety of countries, and with a wide variety of languages. Our multilingual consultants can not only communicate with clients and contractors in their own language; they also have an in-depth understanding of the countries we work in - their culture, their working practices, and the particular challenges they present.
Our international approach is also reflected in our processes. For example, in our end-to-end management of the interview stage, we will often host conference calls in order to bring together clients and candidates located in different countries. This allows for a more efficient recruitment process, as well as swift and accurate communication of feedback from both client and candidate, so that projects/roles can be resourced on time.

After each placement is made we then add value through our Service Delivery Team, who are always on hand to champion customer satisfaction, for both clients and candidates, and quickly resolve any service-affecting issues.
