I have worked with Templeton & Partners Ltd on a number of occasions since 1999, and have found them highly professional in their dealings with me. Early this year we selected them to become one of our 3 preferred suppliers and they have been our number one supplier in 2006 and 2007 for IT contractors.
On a number of occasions, they have managed to supply a large number of high quality contract resources with varied skills sets matching the technical and professional requirements at short notice. In some instances they have also provided rare or specialist resources not normally provided by them.

Capgemini urgently needed to find a Senior Business Analyst with Reinsurance expertise for one of our clients. It was critical to our relationship with the client that we were able to deliver. Unfortunately, even after an extensive search both within our company and through our partners, we were unable to locate a suitable candidate. Around the same time I received a presentation from Templeton and, as a shot in the dark decided to contact them. They said that they would propose a suitable candidate within half a day, which I could not take very seriously. Within that timeframe however, much to my surprise, they were able to send me details of a consultant with good qualifications. I was even more surprised that a few hours later they suggested yet another consultant with excellent qualifications.
Because of this, we saved our relationship with our client, who feels that the strategic project has been saved. In my view Templeton now has a new challenge: how can they surpass this performance next time? I will certainly be putting them to the test.
