Client Case Studies

IBM Germany - Deutsche Telekom Siebel Project - 2006

As a result of carefully developing our client relationships, we were given the opportunity to prove our worth to IBM Germany who were, at the time, struggling to find German-speaking Siebel consultants for a business-critical project with Deutsche Telekom. Although there were plenty of Siebel consultants available to them, none they had found through their existing suppliers had the right mixture of technical and language skills.

Once we were given the opportunity, thanks to our unique blend of advertising and contractor networking (and hard work!), we were able to source 21 fully qualified German-speaking Siebel consultants where their Preferred Suppliers had been unable to do so. The end result was that due to our efforts, IBM saved their project, we were invited to become a Preferred Supplier to them, and we continue to supply them with a whole range of multilingual consultants.

IBM Netherlands Ricoh Siebel & Oracle Project - 2006

Following extensive cultivation of strong business and personal relationships between managers in our two companies, it was decided that only Templeton had the expertise to work on finding the right consultants for the Ricoh project, which required a subtle blend of Siebel and Oracle expertise.

Indeed, in the end, the entire Integration team consisted solely of Templeton consultants, of which six are still there. Once again, it was a result of our superlative performance that we were invited to join the IBM Netherlands Preferred Supplier List as one of their most valued partners.
