Once we establish contact, our professional yet friendly consultants will liaise with you to advise on all aspects of the application process, providing advice with regards to specific roles or more general market conditions for the skills you have, in order to best understand your needs. Our consultative approach allows you to tell us what you really want from a role, and lets us match you to the most suitable opportunities.
Once the client has given feedback on your profile - which we strive to pass on, whether positive or negative, at the earliest opportunity - we can then advise on the next steps, whether that be interviews, or other roles available in the market for your skills and experience.
We manage the interview stage from start to finish, keeping you informed throughout. If needs be - especially if the role is in a different country - we'll invite you to join a conference call with the client to discuss how you would best fit the project/role. This allows both client and candidate feedback to be quickly and accurately passed on, allowing us to transition to the next stage as seamlessly as possible. This might involve a face to face meeting, or quite commonly a direct offer to join the client. Whichever outcome occurs, we will be by your side to support you as you move forwards.

Our work doesn't finish once you have signed your new contract. We then go the extra mile by adding value through our Service Delivery Team, whose role is to champion customer satisfaction and swift resolution of any issues you might have, whether personal, professional or practical.
