I have worked through Templeton & Partners since December 2006. I was first contacted on a Friday afternoon and got the job on the following Tuesday. This is amazingly fast as normally this process takes at least 2 weeks.
In the short period that I had to wait before I could start they followed up all the administrative matters, so that I could fully concentrate on the job.
They contact me regularly during the contract to ask if things are still okay and if I need anything. With regards to extensions they are very pro-active and very informative.
