Part of Twinscan Factory Production Support. Works together with Production Engineers, Production Planning, Build & Delivery operations. Marketing and D&E. Job Description Senior Production Engineer -Initiates and realizes improvements of the production process on Cycle Time and Efficiency in co-operation with Production, Industrial Engineering and D&E -Monitors product performance in order to prevent potential problems -Ensures a safe production process (use of safe tooling) -Implements (product & process) changes in Production Senior Production Engineer -Creates, maintains and improves work instructions -Takes the lead in solving complex issues Possibility to grow to Project Leader RPM. Project Leader RPM is responsible for the overall coordination of the refurbishment process for a used system. Senior Production Engineer - Defining the execution plan for Logistics, Production engineering and Production to bring the system in the required configuration - Cost estimation (up front) and evaluation (after execution) Education HBO/WO Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics Experience Senior Production Engineer >5 years of experience as Engineer in a production environment with complex products and complex production processes. Personal skills Senior Production Engineer must be Result driven - Good communication skills - Hands on mentality - Pragmatic Candidates must send a Motivational Lettere saying why they would be good for this position otherwise they will be rejected.
