OSS solution Architect or senior consultant

I am urgently seeking a OSS solution Architect or senior consultant for a very exciting project.

Below are the requirement for the OSS solution Architect or senior consultant role:

1. 10+ years in OSS - I would need candidates with strong hands on experiences
2. Been the principle consultant in the designing of OSS blueprint and roadmap
3. Been heavily involved in functional and system architecture
4. Conducted blueprint design with Alcatel (preferred), NSN or Ericsson

The position is in urgent need, so I would need candidates to start within 1-2 weeks period, again sooner the better!
