Responsible for:

Incident management : Monitor the tracking of incidents to deliver the with the customer agreed service levels, interact and guide the team in South Africa on these incident management activities.
Participate in meetings with delivery teams, third parties, vendors and the customer concerning the incident management process.
Perform trend analysis on incident management.
Deliver reports on the incident process.
Problem management: Tracking of problems for a certain set of business services to deliver the with the customer agreed service levels.
Participate in meetings with delivery teams, third parties, vendors and customer concerning the problem management process.
Deliver reports on the problem process.
Extensive description of the required skills

Knowledge of ITIL incident, problem and change process
Knowledge of Infrastructure and Network
Able to work under pressure
Team player
Flexible
Drive to achieve
English language skills

Work Experience required

Minimal 2 years of experience in the area of Service Management
Minimal 2 years of experience with incident and problem management processes for large customers
