Test Manager

Test Manager - Netherlands - Test Manager is required for 12 month contract, ideally speaks Dutch or French or Both.

- Define Test Strategy
- Define Test Plan
- Arange test resources and systems
- Manage Test Execution Phase
- Support testers
- Review quality of test deliverables
- Progress reporting and Final test report

Functie eisen
- Proven test management and test execution skills
- Well organized and strong documenter
- Technically sufficiently skilled to understand and manage the test process
- Strong planning skills and experience with handling issues

General knowledge - wanted:
- Working under pressure
- Test Execution, Test Management
- Working in large projects across departments and domains
- Working in Wholesale Banking environment, preferably Financial Markets

Technical knowledge - required:
- Experience with systems like Test Director, Quality Center are mandatory.
- Knowledge of ARTS is important!

Technical knowledge - wanted:
- Knowledge of Summit and Calypso
- Sophis
- BOTS
- DocumentumFM
- Intellimatch
- SWIFT and ARTS would be beneficial

Social skills - required:
- Convincing, taking leed
- Able to work under tight deadline
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of how to deal with the delicate issues
- High energy and personal drive
- 24/7 mentality

Social skills - wanted:
- Great sense of responsibility, flexible attitude.
- Make the connection with people in Financial Markets to be accepted and get things done

Language - required:
- Fluent in English
